Key Fixes and Enhancements:

  • Crash-to-Desktop (CTD) Resolution: Addresses CTD problems experienced during lengthy flights.
  • METAR Injection Reliability: Enhances the reliability of METAR data injection.
  • Live Weather Value Updates: Fixes a bug where changes in weather values were not reflected during live weather operations.
  • AccuSeason Compatibility: Resolves a compatibility issue where tree color changes interfered with AccuSeason’s seasonal tree colors.

Installation Instructions:

To install the update, users must completely uninstall any previous versions of REX Atmos and remove all residual installation folders. The installer files should be unzipped using WinZip or 7Zip, as Windows’ default unzip utility is not recommended. Once extracted, the installation should be initiated by right-clicking the .exe or .msi installer file and selecting “Run as administrator” to ensure proper setup.
